Professional Aftermarket Regional Field Representative United States Job Description The Regional Field Representative (RFR) will be responsible for representing the Duracell company in their specific assigned region, and responsible for selling the Procell Strategy to end-users, across all markets. (S)he is responsible for sustainably growing revenue end user adoption and increasing pull through, at established distribution, like Grainger, HD Supply, Batteries Plus, Fastenal, and Ferguson. If an opportunity is large enough, (S)he is responsible to partner with the New Business team to set up a direct selling relationship with the U.S. Professional Aftermarket segment.The Professional Aftermarket RFR is responsible for ensuring that PROCELL is the preferred choice of battery for the U.S. Professional Aftermarket within their assigned region. 70-75% of the responsibilities for this role will be spent supporting Key Account initiatives and strategic objectives, under supervision and guidance of the Director and Key Account Manager. 10-15% will be spent supporting Key account and Industry Trade shows. 10-15% will be spent collaborating with new business team on potential opportunities. The Professional Aftermarket Associate Account Manager will leverage PROCELL's market presence, as well as its product quality and performance to further strengthen brand equity in line with the company's strategy and guidelines, while safeguarding the assets of the company.Responsibilities Assigned Territory Management Build relationships with key decision makers to support long-term business sustainability, under the supervision of the existing Professional Aftermarket Key Account Manager, by obtaining new product placement and related initiatives leading to long-term competitive advantage.Manage and develop assigned region to ensure annual budgeted revenue, contribution margin and product volumes are met. Operational management of assigned region participation in joint sales calls with distribution reps, development of relationships with key end users, implementation of Key Account Manager sales strategy, customer service, within assigned sales region.Support of industry and distribution trade shows. Operational&Supply Chain Administration Work with B2B’s Product Supply group to ensure account’s order/shipping/delivery processes are followed, related Accountable for customer Omnichannel strategy and its execution in all channels, not limited to physical branch sales, eCommerce, marketing and joint sales calls.Business Development Expand the Procell footprint and brand recognition in the assigned territory. Exceed KPI’s. Grow existing customer base by identifying new incremental opportunities in existing and new verticals. Work with the New Business Development team on new product launches, implementation, and site audits.Qualifications Knowledge of battery technology a plus. Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.Strong inter-personal skills and cultural sensitivity. High level of resilience and resourcefulness. Open-minded, self-starter and“can do” approach. Motivated self-starter High ethical standards Entrepreneurial with sense of accountability and high ethical standards. Excellent interpersonal skillsAbility to deliver sales budgets and goals in a timely manner, efficiently using resources. Deal with ambiguity and make decisions within appropriate timeframes. Salesforce or CRM knowledge a plusExperience using Microsoft Suite tools not limited to: Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint Education&Experience : College degree required (BA or BS).
