About The Role (your Why) The CX Technology Consultant is responsible for analysing, designing, programming, debugging, and modifying enhancements or new products used to deliver Conversational AI solutions, including Agentic AI.As a member of the Conversational AI team, you will provide strategic guidance and advisory to customers on platform management using technologies such as Cognigy, Genesys, Salesforce, and other partner platforms as our portfolio expands. Our offices are based in Wellington, Auckland, Christchurch, Tauranga, and Hamilton. We encourage in-person collaboration when possible but support flexible work arrangements for work/life balance.What You'll Do Work with stakeholders to ensure solutions are designed, developed, and configured to deliver business value. Analyse customer functional and technical requirements to make recommendations. Create technical diagrams, solution blueprints, implementation plans, and sales materials.Develop and enhance the discovery and demo platform, including integrations and rapid prototyping demonstrations. Design and produce sales materials, including pitch decks and walkthroughs with industry-specific use cases. Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to provide thought leadership and technology insights.Work with product teams as a subject matter expert to relay client feedback and influence product roadmap. Facilitate training and coaching for team members and customers. Stay informed about industry regulations, trends, and emerging technologies. Create and deliver updates on platform features and functionality.Handle complex issues with analysis and evaluation. Manage budgets, schedules, and work plans, escalating issues as needed. Build and manage customer relationships effectively. Communicate technical information clearly across various stakeholders. Present technical concepts effectively to different audiences.We are an agile company, responsive to changing requirements, evolving roles to meet customer, technology, and internal needs. What You'll Bring Required experience: Experience with Conversational AI platforms. 3+ years' development experience. Proficiency with modern DevOps tools and utilities.Strong financial management skills, understanding costs, utilization, and project revenue. Business acumen.
