As we continue to refine and evolve our product testing capabilities, you’ll play a critical role in testing our products to ensure they meet market requirements.You’ll work closely with R&D, Product Development, and Compliance teams to test and validate electrical and electronic components, troubleshoot issues, and provide critical insights to enhance product design and reliability. Your work will directly contribute to delivering high-quality, farm-ready Ag Tech solutions . What You’ll Do:Conduct hands-on testing of electrical and electronic hardware to ensure product reliability, safety, and compliance. Set up and maintain test equipment, rigs, and lab environments to support structured product evaluations. Identify, diagnose, and document electrical performance issues and contribute to design improvements.Collaborate with engineering teams to refine test procedures and develop validation protocols. Assist in defining future lab requirements to support ongoing product development and innovation. The Fit We’re looking for someone with a strong technical mindset, hands-on approach, and keen eye for detail .You’ll bring: A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Experience in testing, validation, or compliance of electronic hardware products . Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for electrical and electronic systems. Familiarity with test instrumentation, data collection,and analysis .A passion for precision, process improvement, and working with emerging technologies .
