We’re looking for aSenior Project Manager to lead the charge in shaping and embedding projectexcellence across our Operations teams. You’ll be the driver of our PMOgovernance, delivery outcomes, and continuous improvement initiatives that makea tangible difference.As part of the Operations Performance team,you’ll: Lead theOperations PMO, establishing structure, roles, and responsibilities, anddriving continuous improvement across project management practices Standardise andelevate project delivery through best-practice tools, templates, andmethodologiesManage multipleend-to-end projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timelydelivery, and value for the business Facilitateeffective collaboration across internal teams, including SLT, IS leads,change managers, and process owners Track andreport progress through clear milestones, KPIs, and transparent updates tostakeholdersSupport andmentor others, building capability and confidence in project deliveryacross the organisation Championcontinuous improvement, identifying and implementing initiatives to driveefficiency and impact The Fit You’re confident working at pace, acrossmultiple projects and with senior stakeholders. You bring a mix of structureand flexibility, and know how to connect people and process to drive results.You’ll also need: Provenexperience leading a PMO or embedding project frameworks in complexenvironments Extensiveproject management experience, handling multiple initiatives of variedscale and complexity Deepunderstanding of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies Strongcommercial acumen with afocus on customer-centred outcomesAbility toengage and influence at all levels, from sponsors to SMEs Excellentcommunication skills, clear, confident, and collaborative Proficiencywith tools like MS Project, JIRA, or similar A proactiveapproach to continuous improvement, innovation, and sharing best practice Why Gallagher?
