Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of assigned guestrooms and related areas to the highest standards, adhering to Hilton policies.Protect guest privacy during service. Assist guests and respond to requests promptly. Clean and replenish supplies in guestrooms according to standards. Perform turndown service as required. Keep master keys secure at all times. Keep trolleys organized and stocked. Maintain equipment in good condition.Keep linen room tidy. Report any damages or maintenance issues to the Floor Supervisor. Provide courteous and professional service to guests. Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments. Report maintenance issues promptly. Follow lost and found procedures. Address guest complaints effectively.Promote hotel services and Hilton products. Maintain product and service knowledge to assist and sell to guests. Follow hotel policies, Hilton code of conduct, and team member handbook. Perform any other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma and skills training. At least 1 year of housekeeping experience.2 years of experience with international hotel chains preferred. Proficiency in English. Knowledge of housekeeping operations. Flexible with working hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and procedures.
