Operations Coordinator, Hamilton

Eastside Refrigeration is an established Hamilton based Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Service Company playing a key role in Hamilton’s HVAC&R industry for 50 years. We are looking for a positive and energetic applicant to join our team. About the role: General phone and email assistance, loading and developing customer leads within our Simpro system following through from enquiry through to completed job, invoice. Coordinating and scheduling for our Domestic air conditioning installation team with a focus on customer satisfaction. Stock control of air conditioning units and components, ordering, allocation of stock to jobs.Drive service and maintenance invoicing daily, weekly, monthly in coordination with our Service Manager ensuring invoicing is completed in a timely manner. Our client base is residential ranging from owner occupiers, rentals and group home builders. About you: Experience with SIMpro or other similar job management systems is advantageous as well as strong computer skills covering office 365 programs.This is a customer centric role so strong communication/phone skills are essential for success in this role.
