You will operate various machinery and form or assemble carbon filters. (Please see shift times for specific positions per shift.) Manufacturing Operator Responsibilities: Forming filters by loading and dipping them into a liquid bathCuring filters in an oven and finishing them on a turning machine Cutting filters to size with an automatic saw Performing inspection and quality checks using equipment like linear and ring gages This role is physically demanding; ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly is required, involving pulling, tugging, pushing, and reachingTraining will be provided for those with physical labor experience Assembly Operator Responsibilities: Assembling components such as gluing caps and pleating filters Operating various assembly machines Inspecting and boxing filters according to customer specifications Prior assembly experience is helpful but not necessaryMust be detail-oriented and able to stand throughout the shift Position Hours/Shifts (Overtime Available): 2nd shift: 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm, Monday-Friday 3rd shift: 10:30 pm to 6:30 am, Sunday-Thursday 8% shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts Openings for 2nd shift and 3rd shift manufacturing operators, and 3rd shift assembly operatorCompensation: Hourly pay ranges from $17.50 to $19.50, DOE. Opportunities for increases after skill proficiency and training completion. Actual pay varies based on skills, experience, and achievements.
