We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our growing High-Performance Sales Team, representing some of the most trusted brands in the industry—Sutton, Walter, Seco, Mitutoyo, and Cimcool. This is an exciting opportunity for a CNC expert looking to step into a dynamic, customer-facing role with autonomy to manage their territory while working with premium products and innovative machining solutions.About the Role As a Technical Account Manager, you’ll support customers across Waikato, Taranaki, and Bay of Plenty by offering technical expertise and high-performance solutions, including: Cutting tools from Sutton, Walter&Seco. Precision metrology equipment from Mitutoyo. Coolants and metalworking fluids from Cimcool. You will work directly with customers to optimize tooling performance, solve machining challenges, and help drive productivity improvements. What You’ll Bring Essential: NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident.Valid NZ Driver’s License. Trade Certificate in Mechanical Engineering (Fitting&Machining or Toolmaking) or equivalent qualification. 5–10 years of hands-on CNC machining experience including both machining centers and lathes. Preferred Skills: Sales experience (an advantage, but not essential - we value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn). Strong work ethic with excellent time management and organizational skills.Solid computer literacy. Professional, personable approach with a focus on delivering real value to customers.
