The Cascades offers apartment living and aged residential care in a sought-after location –enabling residents to continue to live life their way as their care needs change. Set in a warm, family-like setting, with gracious surroundings, you will lead an experienced and focused team and support an exceptional community of residents and their whanau.As the Village Manager you will oversee all day-to-day operations including team leadership, resident satisfaction, clinical care, sales, landscape and property maintenance, and overall financial performance. Qualifications To tatou kaitono pai | What you bring Your commercial acumen and strong leadership skills will continue to nourish a thriving community, and, at a minimum, you will demonstrate:At least 5 years' experience in a similar role (senior living experience preferred). Ability to engage and foster relationships with prospective and established residents and ensure Arvida’s reputation is enhanced in the local community. Experience in leading, coaching and developing people - fostering a values-led culture.Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to deliver operational goals. Knowledge and experience of aged residential care preferred, or related health or social sector experience. Understanding and application of relevant legislation. Good knowledge of Health&Safety management and safe working practices. Additional Information Competitive market rate and performance-based short-term incentives.
