I'm looking for a volunteering opportunity If you are a competent pastoral care worker, then come and lead the Member Care Team of the New Zealand Support branch. Lead WEC's Whanau team responsible for communicating with all our members from New Zealand wherever they are serving in the world, taking care of them even from a distance.We seek to prepare, support and resource all our new mission members to be fruitful and effective in ministry. Come and teach and nurture our growing teams; draw on your experience in counselling and pastoring people from a wide variety of backgrounds, ethnicities and personalities; inspire them to work effectively together to see Christ made known around the world.Qualities&Gifts Sought You are fluent in English; you have good communication, administrative and leadership skills and a pastoral heart. You will require experience of working cross-culturally, perhaps as a missionary, and have done training in counselling and pastoral care.
