Banking Lawyer, Hamilton

Overview We are looking for a mid to senior level general banking lawyer to join our team. We have the largest corporate banking team in Yorkshire and are ranked Tier 1 by both Chambers and L500. We transact a wide range of local, national and international debt transactions including property finance (development and investment), project finance, ABL, acquisition finance, wholesale lending and general corporate finance.We are keen to recruit someone to fit into and develop with our four partner team. We offer a unique opportunity to carry out high quality legal work with a completely locally based team in an independent firm based entirely in Leeds where you will have the opportunity to progress and access to senior members of the firm on a daily basis.We are looking for: An experienced banking lawyer with 3-8 years PQE.
