We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Factory Worker to join a dynamic manufacturing team at Remarkable People. This full-time role will be based in a state-of-the-art production facility in Hamilton. As a key member of our assembly and process operations, you will play a vital part in maintaining our high standards of quality and efficiency.What you'll be doing Assisting with the assembly and production of our industry-leading products Operating various machines and equipment to facilitate the manufacturing process Performing quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet our stringent standards Collaborating with the production team to identify and implement process improvementsMaintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment Adhering to all health, safety and environmental regulations What we're looking for Previous experience in a similar manufacturing or assembly role Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a teamExcellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods What we offer At Remarkable People, we are committed to providing a rewarding and supportive work environment for our employees.
