You will possess a desire and drive to build your practice area and bring your own personal reputation to complement Harkness Henry's proud reputation - with marketing and business development support we'll work with you to grow our business - we're a busy and collaborative team at Harkness Henry.Our ideal candidate will: Have 2+ years' litigation experience in dispute resolution/litigation Possess strong verbal and written communication skills Be comfortable with Court and mediation appearances including general civil, estates, and trust disputes. Manage client relationships and bring a reputation for building relationshipsHave strong communication and mediation skills Have an empathetic and understanding manner when working with clients under stress.
