We are committed to your ongoing coaching and development to help you confidently meet customer needs.Based in Hamilton East, near local eateries and on-street parking. For more details, view the position description here. Hours We are recruiting for Monday to Friday, 7:55 am– 6 pm, and Saturday/Sunday, 8:30 am – 5 pm. Full-time, 40 hours/week, with rotating weekly shifts. Roster published every 3 weeks.Availability to work weekends when required, once fully trained as a Senior CSR. Key qualities include: Passion for excellent customer serviceStrong communication skills Adaptability Energetic attitude Problem-solving and efficiency Experience in a Contact Centre Attention to detail and ability to retain complex info Willingness to learn and high computer literacy A criminal or traffic conviction within the last 7 years may affect eligibility, considering road safety expectations.You will demonstrate knowledge or willingness to learn about Te Ao Māori, tikanga, Te Reo Māori, and te Tiriti o Waitangi (the Treaty of Waitangi).
