Job Opportunity: Full-Time Fixed-Term Teacher We are seeking a dedicated full-time fixed-term teacher for the remainder of 2025, starting on 14 July 2025, with a potential end date of 17 December 2025 (roll fluctuation). This role is for primary and intermediate levels (Years 1–8) at our kura tuatahi.Subjects include: English, Health and Physical Education, Learning Languages, Mathematics and Statistics, Science, Social Sciences, Technology, Te Reo Māori, and The Arts. Key Responsibilities and Qualifications: Demonstrate dedication to the wellbeing of students. Have knowledge and understanding of the New Zealand Curriculum and effective teaching practices.Appreciate the dynamics of a rural school environment. Exhibit classroom leadership and the ability to translate our school vision into practice. Commit to high student achievement, inspiring and empoweringākonga to develop agency. Build strong, effective learning relationships with students, staff, and whānau.Applicants should be able to work effectively as part of a team.
