This is a key role , driving financial accuracy and providing critical insights to improve our manufacturing processes, cost structures, and operational decisions.You’ll work across financial reporting, management and cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management while collaborating with teams across supply chain, finance, and manufacturing operations. You’ll also play a key role in ERP projects and continuous improvement initiatives, helping us ensure compliance, efficiency, and excellence in all we do.The Fit You’re a detail-oriented finance professional with a strong foundation in manufacturing accounting and a passion for turning numbers into strategy. You’re confident working independently, juggling multiple priorities, and building strong relationships across teams. We’re looking for someone with:CA, CPA, or CIMA qualification A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Experience in management and cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Strong ERP and data analysis skills– SAP and PowerBI experience a bonus An understanding of manufacturing processes and costing modelsA continuous improvement mindset and ability to lead change Clear, confident communication skills– both written and verbal Why Gallagher?
