Job Description About the roleThis critical role sits at the heart of the operation, key responsibilities include: Excellence in customer service through responding to service-related enquiries to meet contractual service timelines Supervision of the despatch coordinators Monitoring route collection efficiencies, coordinating daily activities, responding to sudden reactive changes, and communicating with customers regarding any operational delaysScheduling daily work for over 60 trucks and operators Qualifications About you To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in a fast-paced environment. Prior despatch experience will be advantageous. You also bring a proactive and positive attitude and the ability to instantly build rapport and operational relationships within the large diverse team. You're flexible, have high attention to detail and good time management. Experience in front line operating systems is essential.
