The role involves working with patients from their entry into the center and conducting follow-up calls to ensure they have an excellent experience. *Monthly bonus potential based on performance in addition to hourly rate*Responsibilities Deliver high customer satisfaction by being friendly and helpful. Develop a rapport with patients to ensure they feel welcomed, understood, and appreciated during their visits. Thoroughly educate patients to overcome obstacles to scheduling procedures. Achieve company set key performance indicators such as average sales price and conversion rate.Perform diagnostic tests necessary for LASIK patients. Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions. Educate patients on preoperative and postoperative eye drops and medications. Respond promptly to calls, emails, and inquiries. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or patient-facing role.LASIK or Cataract experience is recommended. High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to deliver an exceptional patient experience. Compensation Hourly rate ranges from USD $20.00 to $25.00. #J-18808-Ljbffr
