In addition, you will be a technical lead providing support to the Building Team.Our ideal applicant will have previous Senior Building Control Officer experience however Building Control Officers will also be considered. The salary for this role is between $89,387 - $105,161 per annum. Kaiārahi Tukatuka Whakamatua Hanganga | Building Control Team Leader (Processing)As a Building Control Team Leader (Processing) you will be responsible for providing high quality leadership to the Building Control processing team, ensuring staff are competent and confident to undertake the building consent processing function efficiently and effectively. You will also process Building Consent Applications and answer customer enquiries in accordance with Council's policies and legislative requirements.Our ideal applicant will have a minimum of five years experience as a Building Control Officer and/or team leader experience. The salary for this role is between $94,738 - $111,456 per annum. About You To be successful for these roles you will need a qualification in accordance with Regulation 18 of the Building Act, a current NCAS Competency Assessment Residential 3, excellent written and oral communication skills, a full drivers licence, able to establish and maintain business relationships and a strong customer focus.Needing to relocate?
