Job Description What Will You Be Doing?We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who loves tackling problems and thrives on challenges. The main responsibilities for this role include: Assisting customers at the counter with questions about payments, such as hire purchases and credit applications. Helping with service repairsand sales inquiries.Proactively addressing and resolving customer concerns. Supporting administrative tasks. You’ll be an important part of our team, working to resolve customer issues and ensuring we meet their expectations. Who Are We Looking For? This role is perfect for individuals with strong interpersonal skills who can remain calm under pressure, as you'll sometimes need to find the right words toresolve customer issues.This position involves making calls to customers and handling various administrative tasks, so having a friendly phone manner along with strong written and verbal communication skills is essential. The ability to quickly learn computer systems and a genuine interest in technology are also important!Above all, you will be a passionate team player who takes pride in delivering a memorable experience to our customers.
