In this pivotal role, you’ll help customers successfully adopt, use, and expand their engagement with our product. From onboarding and training to account growth and renewals, you'll build strong relationships and position yourself as a trusted advisor who helps farmers maximise their outcomes with eShepherd.This is a dual-purpose role: while you'll deliver world-class support, you'll also uncover growth opportunities, upsell product expansions (such as additional eShepherd collars), and help customers evolve their operations through strategic use of our technology. What You’ll Be Doing As part of our Customer Success team, you’ll deliver ongoing support, training, and guidance, while also playing a key role in account management and revenue growth.You’ll: Onboard new customers, ensuring a smooth setup and strong start Deliver product training that builds capability and confidence Proactively support farmers in optimising their eShepherd virtual fencing systems Build long-term relationships by understanding customer challenges and providing effective, product-led solutionsManage a portfolio of accounts with a focus on retention, renewal, and expansion Identify and pursue upsell opportunities that align with customer goals Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and development teams Act as a customer advocate—bringing feedback into our product and customer strategiesStay current with AgTech trends and the evolving needs of livestock producers The Fit You’re a relationship-builder who is just as comfortable helping farmers solve challenges as you are spotting and delivering growth opportunities.
