As our Group Process Leader, you will take charge of process engineering and improvement initiatives, ensuring our manufacturing processes are world-class. If you are passionate about optimizing processes, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering tangible results, this is the role for you!Your Role&Responsibilities: As a Group Process Leader, you will: Be a safety champion– Lead safety assessments and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Optimize&innovate processes– Use Lean&Six Sigma to drive yield improvement, process development, and operational efficiency. Lead impactful projects– Oversee product development, machinery upgrades, commissioning, and continuous process refinement. Provide customer technical support – Ensure seamless new product introductions and troubleshoot performance issues.Enhance product quality&compliance– Ensure food safety, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP), and hygiene procedures are upheld to the highest standards. Facilitate problem-solving activities – Lead Kaizen events, structured problem-solving, and Lean manufacturing initiatives. Drive structured troubleshooting –Identify problems and implement robust preventative actions using Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Root cause analysis (RCA), and other methodologies.Develop and mentor teams– Engage employees and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. In line with business objectives, perform other duties as assigned. What We’re Looking For: We need a strategic, results-driven leader with a passion for process optimization and operational excellence. Youshould have:An engineering, technical, or chemical/plastics degree– Strong technical expertise is essential. Six Sigma or similar process improvement training – Lean, SPC, FMEA, and RCA experience preferred. Proven leadership&project management skills– Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Strong problem-solving abilities – Experience in identifying, analysing, and implementing process improvements. Exceptional communication&stakeholder management– Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Strong skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for data analysis and reporting. People management expertise – Strong leadership skills to motivate teams and drive change.
