We’re searching for a talented individual to join our team based in Hamilton. The role Responsibilities Reporting to the Group Financial Accountant, your primary responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, ensuring that all invoices are accurately processed, and payments are received in a timely manner. You’ll also work closely with various internal teams to resolve any discrepancies and provide exceptional customer service to our customers. You’ll also be responsible for:Processing all debtor enquiries and disputes Monitoring the aged debtor ledger and perform month end reconciliations Providing regular financial reports on debtor issues Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and debtors This is a permanent part-time role, 30 hours per week.What You’ll Bring To be successful in the role, you’ll have: At least two years of experience in an Accounts Payable/Receivable role Proficiency in Excel High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy Excellent organisational and time management skills Effective relationship management skillsDeveloping your understanding and awareness of Waikato-Tainui culture and tikanga will excite you, as well as increasing your proficiency in te reo Maaori. You’ll take pride in your relationship building capability, along with your superb organisational and communication skills, and hands-on approach to achieving monthly and annual deadlines in a fast-paced organisation.
