We engage the registrars and Senior House Officers to learn in a collegial and supportive environment. Ensure an annual clinical audit plan is implemented to provide evidence of improvement and good patient outcome.Review and monitor progress through the use of key quality indicators / performance indicators and take action to improve as needed. Receive patient feedback - national inpatient survey, complaints, feedback cards, compliments and act on areas where improvement required. Support the strategic quality objectives within their area of responsibility.About you Skills and experience you’ll need to be considered for the role: Vocational registration in an Obstetrics and Gynaecology speciality. Registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand with scope of practice. A practising certificate with the Medical Council of New Zealand. Professional indemnity insurance.Satisfactory check as per the Children’s Act. Experience in building and sustaining collaborative working relationships in a high-pressure environment to enable and deliver effective change management.
