Providing high-quality, equitable obstetrics and gynaecology services for women in Waikato districtEngaging with registrars and Senior House Officers in a supportive environment Implementing annual clinical audit plans to demonstrate improvement and positive patient outcomes Monitoring progress through key quality and performance indicators and taking corrective actions Receiving and acting on patient feedback from surveys, complaints, and complimentsSupporting strategic quality objectives within your area of responsibility About You Skills and experience required: Vocational registration in Obstetrics and Gynaecology Registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand with appropriate scope of practice A current practising certificate from the Medical Council of New ZealandProfessional indemnity insurance Satisfactory check as per the Children’s Act Experience in building collaborative relationships in high-pressure environments to enable effective change management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation, conflict resolution, and motivationAbout Waikato Hospital - Hamilton Waikato Hospital is a major regional hospital and tertiary teaching hospital in Hamilton, serving the Midland region, including Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Lakes, Tairawhiti, and Taranaki districts.
