Join Kiwibank’s Cards and Payments team focusing on unsecured lending for our retail Customers. In this role, you will:Assess applications for Credit Card and Overdraft products. Fulfill onboarding requirements. Complete assessments of credit card product swaps. Maintain product details and load direct debits. Process fee waivers and refunds. Take ownership of customer calls and provide excellent customer experiences.Ensure compliance with bank lending policies, procedures, and risk mitigation. Identify and implement process improvements. We would love to hear from you if you have some of the following: Training and maintenance of a Delegated Lending Authority (DLA).Experience in a contact centre environment with excellent phone and written communication skills. Strong documentation and adherence to processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new technologies. An interest in continuous improvement.
