A strong background in general cardiology is essential. We welcome applications from those interested in a broad skill set, including experience in device therapy, imaging, adult congenital heart disease, interventional procedures, or heart failure.The position involves providing consultant services and leadership within the cardiac medical team to deliver high-quality care, fostering collaboration and professional development. The role includes diagnostic and treatment services for patients in the central region, requiring well-established skills in general cardiology and subspecialties.The successful candidate will be involved in developing protocols and guidelines, and will be accountable for key performance indicators as outlined in the specific area protocols. About The Team/Service/Location The Capital, Coast, and Hutt Valley district, located centrally in Wellington, employs over 6,000 staff.
