Community Support Worker - Permanent Reliever - Wellington Community Support Worker - Residential Permanent Part-time - 32 hours per week Salary: $23.50 - $29.10 per hour At Spectrum Care, we provide support for adults with intellectual and/or physical disabilities to live great lives. As a Permanent Reliever, you will work with a wide variety of people from different backgrounds and with varying support needs. You will have the opportunity to work from multiple residential sites, depending on the staffing needs of the houses.People with an intellectual disability want the same things as anyone else. They seek guidance, not to be done for, but to be taught. Support Workers are not caregivers. If you are observant, possess real listening skills, and appreciate diversity, you are off to a good start. We seek individuals who can think on their feet and have the energy to engage actively.
