Parts Advisor, Lower Hutt

We are currently looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of parts orders for service and retail customers.Work closely with service department, BYD Approved repairer network, and sales teams to supply the right parts and accessories.Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manage inventory efficiently.Assist with stock control ensure smooth operations.Support the Service Manager in achieving manufacturer objectives.What We're Looking For: Automotive dealership experience preferred (but not essential) Strong time management and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Familiarity with electronic parts catalogues A valid driver's license and clean driving record What we can provide:Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses Regular training and development opportunities Supportive and collaborative team culture Career growth within a franchise on a growth path If you're looking for a dynamic role in a modern, high-performing dealership, we want to hear from you!
