We’re seeking an experienced commercial HVAC team lead to oversee an intricate plant room project on the Dunedin Hospital. Based in the bustling city of Dunedin is your chance to work on New Zealand's largest health infrastructure project. About the Role This role offers a balance of office-based and on-site work. While primarily focused on overseeing the project in the office, you’ll need the ability to step into hands-on tasks if required.Key Responsibilities: Overseeing the delivery and installation of plant room equipment. Organizing and managing a team of tradespeople. Coordinating material orders and deliveries. Liaising with other trades and contractors. Providing technical guidance and ensuring smooth project execution.Ensuring the project stays on track and meets high standards. About You Proven large commercial experience in HVAC systems, with extensive pipe and duct knowledge. Strong organizational and leadership skills.
