Salary Band– $81,683 - $106,739 p.a. pro-rata + KiwiSaver Fixed term until January 2026 Part time 0.75 FTE (30 hours per week) Out and about spending time in the community, working with patients and whānau. This is a multi-faceted, autonomous position that manages patients on Domiciliary Oxygen. Tasks include but are not limited to: Visiting and caring for patients at home in the community around the Southland Region.Effectively collaborating with a small team of Respiratory Clinical Nurse Specialists and Registered Nurses. Supporting the team to provide quality, patient-centred care no matter the location. Focusing on bridging the gap between primary and secondary care. Ability to work both autonomously with excellent time management, interpersonal and organisational skills. Respiratory experience is favourable.Competency with te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth. Experience in projects/initiatives which give effect to Te Tiriti principles and frameworks, and the application of Mātauranga Māori and Kaupapa Māori approaches, particularly as they apply in healthcare settings.Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is‘the weaving of wellness’.
