About the Role Supervise the workshop operations and team to complete maintenance, refurbishment, and manufacturing of equipment and machines. Liaise with warehouse, sales, and servicing teams.Prioritise and delegate workload to team members. Track time and costs associated with jobs for accurate billing. This role is a 50/50 hands-on to office-based role. About You Relevant Qualification or Experience such as NZQF level 4 qualification in Boiler Making and Welding or similar. Basic Welder Fabricator Experience - Steel, MIG (GMAW), stick/arc (SMAW).Strong capability of interpreting technical drawings and a commitment to quality.
