About the role We are seeking a talented, passionate, and commercially focused Site Finance Manager to join our Commercial Finance team. You will work with a motivated team, identifying opportunities, influencing business decisions with insightful analysis, and ensuring strategic objectives are met.This role is based at our Wiri site, partnering with the NZ site leadership team and our key customer in an open book arrangement. You will collaborate closely with operational teams to understand business activities and financial performance. This position offers a challenging opportunity for a reliable individual to join a well-established, fast-paced company and become part of a high-performing team.You will help develop a leading finance function that provides innovative, proactive, and insightful decision support. Responsibilities include: Leading the reporting and administration of the buy/sell process with the customer Developing the financial income, operating cost, and capex budgeting processOverseeing internal controls related to purchasing, capex authority, inventory management, and payroll Building strong relationships with external stakeholders Supporting other projects as needed About you CA or CPA qualified Minimum 7 years' experience in a similar role with direct reports Practical experience in complex and evolving organizations with advanced financial tools and practicesExperience with large ERP systems, preferably SAP Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills Strong stakeholder management skills Why Hilton Foods?
