Looking for dedicated practitioners to join this service, collaborate with a diverse team and benefit from ongoing support and growth opportunities What you can expect You will be working alongside a multi disciplinary team to offer in depth and evidence based therapy and support for patients who are eligible for ACC Sensitive Claims. Work closely with individuals and whanau to provide tailored support and treatment as needed.Some duties may include, but are not limited to; Deliver treatment or rehab tailored to each individual Advocate and coordinate access to other relevant means or services Trauma informed care and support Risk and crisis intervention Collaborate with wider healthcare professionals to provide a full wrap around serviceWhy this role?
