This position is ideal for a physiotherapist eager to advance their career with the support of a close-knit team. The role requires a self-motivated individual capable of working independently to deliver services to patients. The successful applicant should be adaptable, resourceful, flexible to service needs, and passionate about working with patients and their whānau on their health journey.Click here to view the position description. About the Service The Physiotherapy service employs approximately 90 staff, including physiotherapists, assistants, and administrators, operating across the extensive geographical area covered by Te Whatu Ora, Waikato. Staff are based at Waikato Hospital, Thames Hospital, rural hospitals in Tokoroa, Te Kuiti, and Taumarunui, as well as community bases in Morrinsville, Matamata, Cambridge, and Ngaruawahia.Our vision is to provide quality physiotherapy care that promotes health, wellbeing, and independence for patients and whānau in our communities. Our mission is to ensure patients receive excellent care, support and train staff to maintain evidence-based practice, and deliver equitable, efficient, and effective services tailored to the needs of our patients and whānau. We pride ourselves on being a friendly, supportive team eager to grow and develop our staff.About You NZ physiotherapy registration and a current annual practising certificate. Valid full New Zealand driver’s licence. The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within the physiotherapy and wider multidisciplinary team across various environments.
