The role involves a variety of tasks, including: Goal setting and confidence building Assisting with securing employment or housing Supporting budgeting and daily living skills Attending appointments and advocacyConnecting individuals with their communities Providing medication support as required Supporting whai ora with daily routines House maintenance Managing distress Doing whatever it takes— cleaning, cooking, gardening, or daily tasks Preferably, you will have experience as a Support Worker and hold a NZ Certificate in Health and Wellbeing Level 4 or recognized equivalent.
