What we're looking for in you: You are ECE Qualified and hold Current NZ Full Teaching Registration.You teach children in a positive, nurturing way. Gentle, patient, and empathetic approach to guiding learners, fostering a supportive learning environment. Knowledge of ECE regulations. Ability to problem solve and pivot to make decisions that work for the team&children. Ability to form genuine relationships with parents, and utilising unique skills and growing / developing new skills within the team.
