Ready for that next step in your career? As a Branch Supervisor , you will assist the Branch Manager in supervising all operational functions. About the Role You will ensure our customers have a positive experience by providing a high level of customer service, processing rental transactions, and ensuring vehicles are groomed and available at our counters.Additionally, you will coordinate daily team activities, train, coach, and direct team members as needed. Noncompliance with policies must be reported to management. You will also assist in preparing shift schedules and reports. To be successful in this role you will need: Previous managerial or leadership experience, including coaching, developing team members, delivering feedback, and managing performance (highly advantageous but not essential).Ability to exercise judgment, problem solve, and show initiative. Experience in handling complaints, conflict resolution, and negotiation. Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to multitask. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly. Current and Full NZ Driver's Licence.As we operate 7 days a week from 07:30 to 22:00, the role involves working 40 hours per week, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as scheduled.
