Our platform connects technology resellers and service providers to premier IT, Comms, and Cloud products and services, enabling them to craft innovative technology solutions for UK businesses.Our Mobile Commercial Team and the Role Our motivated and dedicated Mobile Commercial team is seeking a Commercial Manager to steer the commercial strategy for our Mobile portfolio. This team is responsible for shaping propositions, supporting sales efforts, and collaborating closely with suppliers to uphold our position as the leading telecommunications and IT provider in the Wholesale channel.Key Responsibilities Lead and support a small team of Commercial Analysts to foster business growth through effective commercial strategies and proposals. Establish and maintain strong relationships with resellers and vendors, securing new contracts and ensuring compliance with partner agreements.Work collaboratively with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align go-to-market strategies with overall business objectives. Develop commercial frameworks, perform market analysis, and ensure our Mobile propositions remain competitive. Represent the company at industry events and negotiate terms with new partners to support expansion efforts.Contribute to strategic planning and assist with broader commercial initiatives as needed. Required Experience Proven experience in a commercial role with strong strategic and commercial acumen. Successful leadership experience and negotiation skills. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and teamwork skills.Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Quick learner with the ability to share knowledge effectively. Results-oriented, adaptable, and capable of working under tight deadlines.
