Kō tēnei tūranga mahi | About this roleAs the Team Leader Lending and Access Services, you will lead a team dedicated to delivering excellent customer service across the Nelson Public Libraries network. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality frontline services and fostering a positive, customer-focused culture.
