You will also assist our teams to ensure a welcoming and safe environment.There are 2 new positions available, with rostered and rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday. The working hours are 80 hours per fortnight (1.0 FTE). No on-call duties are required. About the Team/Service/Location Our team of 15 helps provide an environment that is calm and welcoming. For more information on living and working in Nelson, click here.About You As a Patient Support Security Worker at Nelson Campus, you will demonstrate a calm and rational demeanor, with skills to de-escalate difficult situations while promoting safety and therapeutic care. You will relate well to patients and visitors and work collaboratively with the clinical team following directions.Previous experience in security or a related field is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
