This key role involves connecting with existing customers and booking qualified appointments on tailored campaigns, enabling our businesses to grow.Customer Development Manager (Part-Time, Term-Time Only– School Hours) Earnings: £12.21 per hour + commission (OTE of £40,000 pro-rata) Location: Nelson, Lancashire Hours: Flexible part-time (e.g., 9:30 am – 2:30 pm, Mon–Fri, term-time only) Contract: Permanent, part-time What You’ll Be Doing: Engaging with our existing customer base to generate interest in new products or services.Booking high-quality sales appointments for our field or account management teams. Working campaign-specific call lists– no cold calling, just smart targeting and relationship building. Using CRM tools to track progress, log outcomes, and collaborate with the wider team. Experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or appointment booking is advantageous but not essential; attitude and willingness to learn are valued most.
