We’re growing our sales team and are seeking motivated, confident individuals to join us as Customer Development Managers . This key role involves connecting with existing customers and booking qualified appointments on tailored campaigns, enabling our businesses to grow.Customer Development Manager (Part-Time, Term-Time Only– School Hours) Earnings: £12.21 per hour + commission (OTE of £40,000 pro-rata) Location: Nelson, Lancashire Hours: Flexible part-time (e.g., 9:30 am – 2:30 pm, Mon–Fri, term-time only) Contract: Permanent, part-time What You’ll Be Doing: Engaging with our existing customer base to generate interest in new products or services.Booking high-quality sales appointments for our field or account management teams. Working campaign-specific call lists– no cold calling, just smart targeting and relationship building. Using CRM tools to track progress, log outcomes, and collaborate with the wider team. Qualifications What You’ll Bring: Strong communication skills and confidence to build rapport over the phone quickly.Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset— enjoying hitting goals. Experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or appointment booking is advantageous but not essential; attitude and willingness to learn are valued most.
