Our team is passionate about Commercial Refrigeration and Mechanical Services, taking pride in their work. You should focus on providing excellent customer service, working safely, and understanding relevant industry standards to perform technical HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical work on building services equipment. Experience with centralised refrigeration (rack systems) for the food industry is advantageous. Participation in an on-call roster with attractive rates and overtime opportunities are available.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction. Diagnose technical issues and manage workload efficiently. Address customer concerns and provide effective resolutions. Identify sales opportunities through existing customer networks by offering cost-effective solutions for repairs, replacements, and upgrades.Follow company policies to ensure high-quality service delivery, exceeding customer expectations. Build and maintain strong customer relationships and explore opportunities within the community. Technical Qualifications And Experience Relevant Trade Qualifications EST Licence Experience in commercial and industrial service, maintenance, and installation within refrigeration and building services industries.Knowledge of controls and building management systems. Experience with Transcritical CO2 systems is a plus; training will be provided if needed. Strong relationship-building skills with clients. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and peers.
