About the RoleHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora Taranaki is seeking the services of a permanent full-time general radiologist to work in our department at Taranaki Base Hospital. You would be working as part of a dynamic team with nine other radiologists. The department offers: All modalities are state of the art, with CT, MRI, and ultrasound all upgraded in 2022. About You You will possess essential skills that include plain film, ultrasound, CT, and MRI reporting.Desirable skills would include sub-specialty interest in any of: musculoskeletal MRI; general interventional radiology (no intracranial work); CT colonography; cardiac CT, or nuclear medicine. Ideally, you will hold vocational registration from the Medical Council of New Zealand, or be eligible for such registration holding recognised post-graduate qualifications from another country.You may be eligible for relocation assistance and a generous continuing education allowance and days.
