Location: RadiusHeatherlea, 139 Vivian Street, New Plymouth 4310 Hours of work : Part time positions available. Right to work required. Pay Rate: $23.50 - $29.10 per hour, subject to completed caregiving qualification About the Role Provide exceptional care to our residents under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families. Work closely with a team to implement our individual care plans. Full training provided.Some Duties include but not limited to: Undertaking personal cares, while encouraging residents to make decisions that promote independence Promptly completing delegated tasks in a timely manner Responding quickly to resident requests, providing them with useful, relevant information Maintaining and updating resident healthcare recordsAssisting with handover of residents at shift changes Career progression + assistance with Careerforce and NZQA qualifications EAP (Employee Assistance Programme) Access to discounts and benefits via our Staff Ap Opportunities to transfer between 23 Radius Care sites Supportive team environmentSkills and Experience New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing Level 3 (or equivalent) and 3 years of relevant experience; OR New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing Level 4 (or equivalent) is preferred.
