NZCL is seeking energetic and motivated individuals to support our clients in residential services in New Plymouth.We are looking for permanent, full-time night shift Support Workers to work alongside, coach, and mentor rangitahi and tamariki in our Intensive Support Services. Support Workers assist rangitahi and tamariki to live as independently as possible in their community by:Working as part of a team to ensure consistent approaches Supporting access to education and school attendance Observing and responding to health concerns and supporting overall wellbeing Helping rangitahi/young people work towards and attain their goals What do you get? - He aha te whiwhi?
