Your role will involve supporting individuals within their own homes to live independently and make decisions, helping them lead fulfilling lives.We support 3 individuals with learning disabilities in a large bungalow in Huntly, with good transport links. The individuals enjoy activities like swimming, visiting cafes, music, and pamper sessions. We seek fun, active support workers who enjoy helping others. You will support individuals with some challenging behaviours but will receive full training on their needs, including Moving and Positioning, Epilepsy, and MAPA.Having a full UK driving license is a bonus but not mandatory. We operate 24/7, so flexibility for different shifts is essential, including early, late, and waking nights. We are recruiting for both full-time and part-time roles.
