Join our Nelson team as a Vinning Assistant / Customer Service Officer and help ensure the smooth and efficient certification of vehicles while delivering excellent service. Key Responsibilities: Prepare client documentation for VIN and certification processes.Collect vehicle data for compliance and processing. Perform data entry with accuracy and efficiency. Make and fit VIN plates as required. Provide daily support as a Customer Service Officer, assisting internal and external customers during scheduled breaks. Minimum NCEA Level 2 or equivalent Mechanically minded or experienced in vehicle component removal and refitmentA clean driver's license is essential.
