Garden Centre Sales Team Member, Richmond

About the role: Kiwi's love to garden, and we love to assist them with their gardening needs. We are looking for two new team members who can connect with customers through great customer service, active listening, and excellent product knowledge. Whether your gardening passion comes from time in your own backyard or horticultural training, you will enjoy helping our customers select the right plants and garden products.Ideally, you will be experienced with the sale of both green and dry garden goods. However, applicants with a proven retail background and eagerness to learn will also be considered. The successful applicant will be responsible for: Growing sales by providing exceptional customer serviceMaintaining high merchandising standards and managing stock Working closely with and providing assistance in other departments if required Handling lifting and physical movement tasks Exhibiting excellent communication skills Being able to work on a roster including a weekend day Our Culture - We are passionate about plants and everything related to the garden!
