You’ll play a key role in managing and growing a portfolio of SME and corporate clients, combining account management with proactive new business development.The Role: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing commercial clients Develop a deep understanding of your clients’ businesses and insurance needs Work closely with the Branch Manager and wider team to meet business goals Identify opportunities through networking, marketing, community engagement, and industry eventsDeliver a high standard of consultative service, offering tailored advice and risk solutions About You: Experienced in B2B relationship management or general sales Confident in both developing new business and nurturing existing accounts Driven, tenacious, and curious– always looking for the right solutions for your clientsA great listener with strong consultative selling skills Keen to build a long-term career in commercial insurance and willing to work towards professional qualifications Package: Monday– Friday, 8:30am – 5pm 22 days holiday (plus bank holidays), increasing with length of service Life assurance (up to 4x salary) and income protection#J-18808-Ljbffr
